We now have the data for December and are proud to report that 96% of patients rated their appointment at the practice as Very Good or Good!!!
With the vast majority of those response being Very Good!!
(71% Very Good, 25% rated as Good).
We are incredibly proud of our whole team for continuing to work very hard to provide the best care possible, it has been a very difficult time with staff shortages due to self isolation and sickness.
We had 2% (4 responses) rating their consultation as poor, and 1% (3 responses) as very poor. Where possible, when given enough information about the poor rating, we will look at ways to improve and share them with you.
We will post a few of the comments, including feedback on COVID safety following on from a post earlier this week.
