🐣 Easter Bank Holiday Closure Notice – Theale Medical Centre
Theale Medical Centre will be closed on Friday 3rd April 2026 and Monday 6th April 2026 due to the Easter bank holidays.
During this period, appointment availability will be reduced, so we kindly ask patients to take this into account when submitting medical queries or requesting repeat prescriptions.
For urgent medical assistance while we are closed, please contact NHS 111, or dial 999 in an emergency.

Berkshire Diabetic Eye Screening Programme
All patients aged 12 and over, with a diagnosis of diabetes should participate in the diabetic eye screening programme. This is the best way to ensure that risk of losing your sight is managed. Patients who have had bariatric surgery or no longer show the symptoms of diabetes should still attend for screening.
