Patient Notice – Car Park Resurfacing
Please be aware that our car park will be undergoing resurfacing on Thursday 21st May 2026 and Friday 22nd May 2026.
During this time, parking at the surgery will be very limited.
Where possible, we kindly ask patients to walk to the surgery or make alternative parking arrangements.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Theale Medical Centre
The district nursing team is based at Theale Medical Centre and can be contacted on 0300 365 1234.
The district nurses are particularly responsible for housebound patients.
