In common with almost all practices in the area both locally and nationally we are struggling to recruit GPs. We are continuing to advertise and are lucky enough to have been able to find a number of excellent long term locums. The difficulty in recruiting along with our growing list size has affected our ability to offer appointments and we apologise for this.
As a matter of urgency we have reviewed our appointment system and are currently implementing a new system. We are sorry that some patients have experienced some difficulties in making appointments but please bear with us while we do everything we can to improve this.
We are also aware that our phone system has caused problems for some people, but are pleased to inform you we now have a new phone system and again apologise if you have experienced problems.
